The controller is responsible for the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR)
The controller has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.
The controller does not designate a responsible person.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organisation.
“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
As a visitor or customer of this website, we process your personal data, which you have provided to us as the “data subject”, under the conditions set out in these privacy policy.

Purposes of processing, legal basis for processing, categories of data subjects, retention period of personal data, recipients of personal data
Personal data for order processing
The purpose of processing customer personal data is to process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you as the data subject and us as the controller.
When placing an order, personal data is required that is necessary for issuing a price quote and successfully processing the order.
Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to fulfill it.
When processing an order, the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1 letter b) processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and also based on Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, Section 13, paragraph 1 letter c) the processing of personal data is necessary according to a special regulation (Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax), which also regulates the retention period of this personal data.
Personal data for marketing purposes
For the purpose of informing about our offers and news (marketing information), we process your email addresses on the legal basis of Article 6, paragraph 1 letter a) GDPR – the data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data for at least one specific purpose. We process this personal data until you withdraw your consent. The recipients of this personal data are Ecomail.cz, s.r.o.
Cookies
In order to ensure the proper functioning of this website and more convenient shopping, we sometimes store small data files, so-called cookies, on your device. This is common practice for most large websites. You can control or delete cookies within the settings of your internet browser. The recipients of these files are Google (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites)

Rights of the data subject
The rights of the data subject are defined in Chapter 3 of the GDPR.
This includes the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

If personal data are processed on the basis of written consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
